《受注製作》の商品をご購入いただいた場合は、ご入金の確認後、順次製作いたします。
一つひとつ丁寧に製作するため、ご入金確認後から3週間前後での発送となります。

あらかじめご了承のうえ、ご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。

◆普段のお手入れ｜Everyday Care

乾いた布や毛先の柔らかいブラシなどで早めに汚れを落としてください。

強く擦ると色落ちの原因になりますので、ご注意ください。

天然繊維ですので、水濡れや汗などによって色落ちする場合もありますのでご注意ください。

Please remove dirt as soon as possible using a dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush.
Avoid rubbing the fabric too hard, as this may cause the color to fade.

As the fabric is made from natural fibers, color transfer or fading may occur when exposed to water, sweat, or moisture. Please take care when wearing or using the item.

◆お洗濯｜Washing

汚れがひどい場合はお洗濯もできますが、

色落ち、しわ、縮みは避けられません。

色移りを防ぐため、他の衣類等と一緒にせず、単独でやさしく短時間で手洗いしてください。

脱水機にはかけず、水を切る程度でお願いします。

If the item becomes heavily soiled, it can be hand-washed. However, please note that washing may cause wrinkles and shrinkage.

Wash separately from other clothing or items, gently by hand and for a short period of time.
Do not use a spin cycle or wringer. Instead, gently press out excess water and allow the item to dry naturally.

・代金のお支払い確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。後払い決済の場合は注文確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。
Orders will be shipped within 5 days after payment has been confirmed. For payment methods that allow payment after ordering, orders will be shipped within 5 days after the order has been confirmed.

・《受注制作》の商品をご購入の場合、入金確認後に順次制作となり、ご入金から3週間前後で発送いたします。

・土日祝は発送をお休みさせていただきます。
Please note that shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays.

お客様都合の返品・交換は受け付けておりません。 初期不良や注文した商品と違う場合のみ対応させていただきます。

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases where the item is defective or different from the item you ordered.

The same policy applies to Made-to-Order items.
